Dirtflingers Points Standings

Hook points and placing points are awarded for each event.

Each member who hooks to the skid, and makes an attempt is awarded 10 hook points.

Placing points are awarded as follows:
1st - 15 points
2nd - 13 points
3rd - 11 points
4th - 9 points
5th - 7 points
6th - 5 points
7th - 4 points
8th - 3 points
9th - 2 points
10th - 1 points
11th place & down - hook points only

Disqualification for out of bounce, loss of weights, etc. will only be awarded hook points for that event.

Disqualification for being illegal (fuel, engine, drawbar overweight, improper or unsafe equipment, etc.) results in no points, no hook points, and no prize money for that event.

There will be no points awarded for rainouts. The classes must be completed to receive points.
