Membership Information
1. Membership dues: $25.00 per member/machine
2. Memberships run from Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st, and, must be paid annually.
BSDF full season membership includes:
• All mailing, meeting, notices, and schedules
• A BSDF annual rules book
• Availability of liability insurance
• Participation in BSDF Points and awards
3. A one day membership will be available at a cost of $5.00/day for a driver and machine. One membership per person pulling. This is to cover the puller with insurance.
4. A per class entry fee is required to compete at a BSDF pulling event. The entry fees collected per class determine the prize money amounts to distributed to the winners.
5. Pullers participating in the points run will be eligible for prize money and awards, per weight class.
6. Ties in points: the 1st place finishes will be added up and the vehicle with the most in that class will win. If still tied, 2nd place finishes will be tallied and so on. A pull-off for a tie will be allowed if both parties and the time permits. The decisions are final.
7. The number of points awards offered will be based on the number of machines in that class.
a. 2 or less - 1st only
b. 3 - 1st & 2nd
c. 4 to 7 - 1st to 3rd
d. 8 to 11 - 1st to 4th
e. 12 or more - 1st to 5th
8. Members who do not help at 3 pulls per season will risk losing points at the end of the year. Two points per pull event to a maximum of 6 points will be deducted form points totals.
